Re: “N.C. State finds buyer for 80,000-acre Hofmann Forest

I find it hard to believe NC State would sell the Hofmann Forest and put the money in the stock market. This shows a complete lack of good judgement. The stock market is too risky and is being manipulated by the Federal Reserves constant printing of money. The market could fall and the principle could drop by half in a matter of weeks. How stupid can you be? They have a beautiful natural resource generating good income and they want to gamble it in the stock market. Who will take the blame if this becomes a huge loss of revenue or a harmful ecological impact on Eastern North Carolina. I would like to know if the buyer is American owned and it's owners names. I am concerned and hope that something can be done to stop this!
