Better this fella was allowed to run off than killed by the police. Fuck mental health training, if someone is noncompliant after 3 shocks from a 10,000 volt battery, you need to wait for more backup and do it the old fashioned way, not kill someone with the weapon that's supposed to save you police officer should be allowed to use a taser unless normal force doesn't work. They're police for a reason, and they should be protecting EVERYONE including the perps, from themselves, if necessary. The way I hear it, they like to pull up next to drug dealers these days and just hit them, right from the car, hog tie and release after questioning. It's getting a little out of hand to say the least.
