Re: “N.C. eugenics survivors seek justice

No brent, Lara doesn't miss the point. She's spot on. Anti-abortionists are placing more value on what is effectively and medically a parasite than they are a grown adult human being with sentience, memories, family, and social responsibility. If you got cancer you would cut it out before letting it kill you. Cancer is life too by your definition. See the problem is ... you're not being fair and you haven't thought it through. These eugenics and abortion issues are all centered around women. I suspect you'd be rather upset if a doctor decided that your inability to understand this situation made you unfit and therefore surgically removed your testes. There may come a time when you wish to sterilize yourself or decide that you don't want to have any more kids, or even pay for or deal with the ones you may have. The unfortunate facts of life are that you as a guy can do that, but a woman cannot. There's no biological reason for this injustice to carry on and anti-abortionists violate pretty much every faith in existence ESPECIALLY Christianity via presumption and hate (remember "let he who is without sin cast the first stone"?), but ... people seem to forget that women are human beings. I think its rather strange. Please put yourself in other people's shoes. It's really you who is devaluing human life. I hope some day you will understand and have less hate for humankind. My sympathy goes to you and your family.
