Re: “Mexico's drugs come north. America's guns go south.

When computer judges are allowed to sign arrest warrants in the United States of America, the time is at hand to be armed and dangerous against the 9/11 Klan.Marvin L Foushee

Re: “Mexico's drugs come north. America's guns go south.

When real people get confronted with a government that does not work, the situation sends you a postcard from the edge. My mother died of a treatable infection [MRSA] requiring a two week of the drug vancomycin. The Rex Wound Care doctors had taken my mother, who had chronic leg ulcers, off of the drug silverdyne, a compound used as an antimicrobial tropical application around woundscausing her to get the infection in the first place. Rex Hospital did not do any lab tests or deep biopsy tests to even confirm that she had contacted MRSA at Rex Wound Care Center. "Empirical knowledge" the doctors said. They prescribed seven days of treatment of the drug vancomycin for the MRSA infection. The drug had to be administered intravenously so she went go to Rex Rehabilitation and Nursing Home in Apex to get the drug treatment there. A physician's assistant in physical rehabilitation changed the doctor's orders to a five day treatment plan. Again, the standard treatment plan for MRSA infections is twelve days for this type of infection. When my mother got out of rehab, I had her tested for the MRSA bacterium and the results came back positive. Her primary care physician, Dr. Christopher Byrd prescribed a drug treatment plan that was not on the laboratory list as a treatment plan option for the MRSA infection. I took her to Duke, and the doctors there prescribed a drug plan for negative gram bacteria infectionsMRSA is a positive gram bacteria. I complained to the state of North Carolina, Health and Human Resources, with a criminal complain, and the state and their AK-45 doctors and nurses said that the five day plan that was offered by Rex Healthcare was justifiable non-homicide. RIP.

Re: “Activists call for President Obama to close Guantanamo Bay

Guantanamo Bay is not just a detention center, it is a Navy Base; it has a McDonalds and a Golf Course. The lease and treaty signed by Teddy Roosevelt for our American presence in Cuba expired in the year 2002, the same year that George W Bush made Gitmo a detention center. That lease is the only valid American lease, so we are criminally occupying Cuban territory with our presence there. We need to turn the base over to Cuba and close down Guantanamo Bay.

Re: “Ya gotta play

I have played the lottery once, and that was on Christmas Eve. My boss at that time was a Palestinian, and I told him that if he wins the lottery with the ticket that I handed him, he would have to accept that Jesus was a lucky number draw for him in Islam. Islam was the big ticket winner in game card.

Re: “Resume executions or keep the ban?

To invade Iraq and to force it citizens to rebel against an unconstitutional invasion and unprovoked aggression has killed hundreds of millions of innocent lives, yet why do we balk at putting a murderer or serial rapist to death. If we forced the police departments to use lie detector test on their policemen each year, that would cut down on mobbed up convictions. We could do that for judges and lawyers and FBI agents and the defendant would be sure to get an honest trial. I pulled up an appeal case that was brought to my attention in which a suspect had picked up a pocketbook that a rapist had thrown away in the bushes. The money that was supposed to have been in the pocketbook was not on the person of the suspect. The suspect did not flee the police and cooperated with the police fully. He said that the saw a person throw away the pocketbook and he picked it up and put it into his sleeping bag. Rather than chase the rapist down the railroad tracks, the policeman called in the suspect's name and he had an outstanding warrant against him and he was arrested. The police did not do a lineup of possible suspects. The police did not have a warrant to obtain DNA evidence from the suspect, but the evidence was admitted in the courthouse by the criminal attorney provided to him by the state. The police took him to the hospital at the same time that the rape victim was being examined providing a opportunity by a crooked policeman, who did not like to run down railroad track to chase after suspects, have contaminated DNA evidence. The suspect was convicted on DNA evidence. The prints did not match up or did other DNA evidence obtained from the victim's anus match up. The crooked Wake County's DA's office took a crooked Raleigh cop case to trial and more than likely forced a false witness statement from the rape victim. An honest system would have set the defendant free. An honest cop, an honest witness, an honest judge, an honest district attorney would have set the defendant free. A homeless man was a victim of the crooked thug government system. That is the only case for a ban on capital punishment. This person is still rotting in jail because the crooked system does not like to pay its mistakes, nor does it like to admit that the system is crooked.

Re: “One nation under guns

Eve Carson was killed by a shotgun blast to the head, and the other FOUR wounds were staged postmortem. What the Wyatt Earps with their own arsenals are saying, "Show me the shotgun and the four "yellow full metal jacketed" bullets in the evidence locker room in this crime. We have more to fear from thug government than we have to fear from thugs in the hoods. The 911 caller who phoned in the call in the Eve Carson murder heard three screams and three shots. The autopsy report says that a shotgun blast and four shots killed Eve Carson. Did the serial killers call in the 911 call and then fired off three shots as they escaped the body dump site crime scene? The 911 communications officer did not get the name and the address of the person calling in the call. The 911 communications officer told the caller that emergency vehicles have been on their way for quite some time now. How long is quite some time? 1 day, 2 days, 3 days? Three 911 tapes were recorded, but the police department only released one tape. Was the 911 communications tape that was released fake, a Hollywood take on the "Little Blonde Riding Hood" crime? If you drive the streets of Durham and Chapel Hill or Cary, pack some heat until the White2House terrorists have been apprehended.

Re: “Believing in miracles

How did our Indy action hero know that there were 40 death threat letters sent out in the mail if the nuclear White2House terrorists didn't tell him?
