Re: “The illness: Holes in the Latino safety net

Who do you think you are kidding Lisa Sorg with this fluff piece on illegal alien invaders. Yes, that is exactly what they are and they have done nothing but ask for special treatment since coming here illegally. In fact they receive better treatment than most legal citizens. Now they want in-state tuition. They cost us billons in medical care, food stamps, housing, education, child care and many more things that are not available for free to the average US citizen. They use false documents and stolen Social Security numbers that wreck other peoples lives. They drive without licenses, insurance and in many cases while intoxicated. Illegal aliens kill as many as 14 people a day in the United States. They refuse to learn English and assimilate. They do not contribute to the economy of the US because they send most of the money they earn back home. What little they pay in taxes (when not getting paid under the table) can not compare to how much they cost the American people. They are not in the fields picking crops like the snuckered person that you are think. They are underbidding construction workers, drywall and siding installers, landscapers, meat packers, carpet installers and more, jobs that used to pay decent wages to American citizens. The reason they can accept lower wages than a American citizen is that they get everything else paid for by the American citizen. The only one getting rich are big business and immigration lawyers. Rep. Paul Luebke of Durham should look at this from the perspective of the average American who put him in office to represent their interest, not from the illegal alien invaders point of view. I hope he gets voted out next time he runs. Get a clue Paul!! It is also untrue that undocumented immigrants receive a broad range of publicly funded benefits. They are eligible for emergency medical care under Medicaid and free public education from kindergarten through 12th grade. Legal residents who aren't U.S. citizens have to wait five years to apply for food stamps, Medicaid or other state- or federally funded programs. This paragraph is totally false, just ask about all of the emergency rooms in Southern California that had to close because they used them for everything including a hangnail, at no cost. All they have to do in drop one of their anchor babies and it's ally, ally home free for benefits. Don't even get me started on the cost to house the criminals and the gang members, which represent at least a quarter of the inmates in jails. For our next lesson on the wonderful illegal alien perverts that think 12 and 13 year olds are ripe for picking. Just walk past a group of them and hear the wolf whistles and lude statements made about your child. No thanks, their culture and ours are miles apart. I don't park my car on my front lawn.
