I have ongoing increased reservations as to what the Catholic Church stands on...the gay and lesbian issues I personally take no fight in. But one has to wonder how the Catholic Church can have the audacity to stand on this issue, the death penalty issue and last but not least the immigration issue. I live in South Florida, not a week goes by where It is not brought to the forefront of a priest who has molested a memeber of their flock, or they have discovered the priest has stolen millions of dollars from their congregations and bought high end condos and properties around the world.Quite frankly, if the church encourages me to go in one direction, I'll go into another....and I do not believe the church has had some awakening to the trials and tribulations of their gay parishioners, I believe they see this group as a potential money well, from which to draw upon...
