Re: “MURIELLE ELIZÉON & TOMMY NOONAN:JE SUIS BELLE

What a powerfully moving piece of audible texture and kinetic form! Rodin, himself, would have found inspiration from the multi-leveled meanings of this sensory experience! The presence and the strength of the performers transports the audience into the turbulent world of Rodin and his lover Camille Claudel. Delicious!

Re: “King Lear

Byron Woods clearly has no idea what he's talking about (which should be clear after reading his bio...) Show was an amazing modern day interpretation of King Lear. Best I've seen.

Re: “Singer-Songwriter Night

Is this different from the SINNER-Songwriter Night happening on the exact same night, at the exact same time, for the exact same price at The Shed in Durham? Indy?

Re: “Wants Upon A Time

The first known version of Rapunzel was recorded by Giambattista Basile, a Neapolitan who lived at the height of Commedia dell'Arte. So the show is entirely sourced in late 16th Century Italy. Add 21st Century U.S. performers with whom to devise and improvise, and there's our commedia show!!
