Re: “Shiki Sushi

Great place to eat, great sushi, and wonderful environment. Not sure why the person above me could not find the manager. I have been enjoying the place for over a year and the managers are always walking around. I drive over an hour to enjoy sushi there every weekend!

Re: “Tokyo House

We cannot get enough of this restaurant! David is an outstanding sushi chef! We frequent this place at least once a week! Service is always outstanding. Fish is amazingly fresh! Don't go anywhere else in the area for great sushi. Prices are great! Even better with the punch card that they offer! Scary Jerry, the Heikkido and MinWoo are some of our favorite rolls!

The service was great, the sashimi delicious. No complaints, highly recommended for people who want real japanese food.

Re: “Kanki Japanese House of Steaks & Sushi

It's a great place if you like eatting cardboard. Other than the show they put on by throwing everything but the kitchen sink up in the air this place stinks.

Re: “Kanki Japanese House of Steaks & Sushi

Other than the show they put on when they flip everything except the kitchen sink up in the air, I could have stayed home and eatten a cardboard box . Worst experiance in dining out sinc moving down here. And, the prices are ridicules, Sheer dry garbage.

Re: “Sushi Blues Cafe

Just for clarification, the "Best of the Triangle" star is awarded by Indy readers. Thanks!

Re: “Sushi Blues Cafe

This place has a great location and a "risqu" atmosphere. Which explains why it's so popular among the college kids. If sushi is just an exotic food that you eat once a month, then this place is fine. If you want really quality stuff, you should look elsewhere. I cannot believe the Independent gave this place their star.

Re: “Sushi Tsune

To post # 1, that is pure malarkey you speak of. You must be another sushi joint trying to sabotage this establishment because i see you are posting this on every review site. I'm not biased since i am a former sushi chef but they did get in fresh fish frequently and was 1 of 2 or 3 places in the area to get fresh fish and not FROZEN fish all by the same distributor in this area, JFC. You are probably some wannabe sushi connoisseur who doesn't know the first thing about sushi.

Re: “Sushi Tsune

Highly disagree with the first comment. Delicious sushi and cooked dishes - been there many, many times and can't wait to go back. Try any of the sushi/sashimi platters, some edamame, the shrimp dumplings and you'll be back, too!

Re: “Kanki Japanese House of Steaks & Sushi

What a great place to eat! I was visiting (from Ohio) my sister last week in Hillsborough and my niece wanted to go to Kanki for her 16th b-day dinner. The food was most excellent...but the show was even better! The resturant is gorgeous and they have a huge aquarium with beautiful fish in the main lobby area. The staff even sang 'Happy Birthday' to my niece in Japanese!

Re: “Sushi Tsune

I agree. This establishment has very good food and I visit often at lunch.

Re: “Sushi Tsune

I have to disagree with the above comment. I have been eating there for a while and have never been disappointed. Their sushi is very good, the staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is extremely clean and welcoming.
