From the writers of The Hangover, the one-crazy night comedy 21 & Over moves the action to a generic college campus and the 21st birthday party of undergraduate Jeff Chang (Justin Chon). Jeff's med school future is put in peril when high school buddies Miller (Miles Teller) and Casey (Skylar Astin) take him out on the town. What follows is an hour and a half of witless sex and gross-out jokes, spiked with low-grade misogyny and wink-wink racism. You can feel the filmmakers' contempt for their own target audience. Also, it's not funny. There are exactly two good jokes. I counted.
