Opa! Raleigh Greek Festival Returns This Weekend
The thirty-seventh annual Raleigh Greek Festival returns this weekend, September 7-9, at the N.C. State Fairgrounds. Celebrate Greek culture with handmade Greek food prepared by the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church family using generations-old recipes, listen to live music, and watch traditional folk dancing. A portion of the event's proceeds will benefit Habitat for Humanity of Wake County. For more information, click here.

Celebrate Fullsteam Brewery's Eighth Anniversary
Durham craft brewery Fullsteam is celebrating its eighth anniversary with a party this Saturday, September 8 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. The fête will include food specials, music, mystery prizes, rare plow-to-pint beers, and a special sixteen-ounce can and draft release of a new Brut IPA. Indulge in All-You-Can-Eat Seafood at The Root Cellar's Low Country Boil & Brew
The Root Cellar Cafe & Catering will host its first-ever Low Country Boil & Brew at its new Pittsboro restaurant on Sunday, September 9 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. The seafood boil will feature all-you-can-eat shrimp, potatoes, sausage, and corn on the cob prepared by chef-owner Sera Cuni. Neighbor House of Hops will offer beer for purchase, including four special taps from Trophy Brewing among the twenty-four craft beers on tap. Raise a Pint to Benefit Veterans Affairs at Bites & Pints

Triangle NACE, the local chapter of the National Association of Catering & Events, will host Bites & Pints, a fundraiser benefitting the U.S. Veterans Corps, on Monday, September 10 from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. Sample bite-size nosh paired with local beers from sixteen Triangle chefs and bid on silent auction items such as hotel stays and restaurant certificates.
