Those of you who gravitate towards vice presidential candidates that are more on the folksy side are in luck; the News & Observer reports that Republican VP nominee, Sarah Palin, will make her first appearance in the Tarheel state next week. Palin is scheduled to speak Minges Collesium at East Carolina University on Tuesday.
