The N&O blasts those, uh, meetings that are completely legal

For reasons that surpass my understanding, The News & Observer's city desk is beside itself that four members of the Raleigh City Council talk to each other. What are they talking about? Doesn't matter, the N&O opines. Today's installment: columnist Ruth Sheehan calls them names.
