Dix Hospital pushing patients to Butner

There will be patients on Dix Hill through 2011, and maybe beyond, the N&O reports. But Dix Hospital itself is going away, with what's left of it doomed to be a "unit" of the state's new facility in Butner. Think back to 2001, when the Easley Administration was choosing between Raleigh and Butner. Put the patients in the middle of nowhere -- was Easley's call.
