K. Thomas' double-double leads Duke over James Madison

Krystal Thomas had a double-double of 14 points and 13 rebounds, leading four Duke players in double figures as the No. 5 Blue Devils smacked host James Madison 75-58.

Freshman Chelsea Gray came off the bench for a game-high 15 points for Duke (7-0), which got 14 points from Karima Christmas and 11 from Jasmine Thomas.

Dawn Evans had 20 points for the losing Dukes, while Lauren Jimenez added 19 points and 11 rebounds.

Duke, which led 43-32 at halftime, shot 46.9 percent to 36.4 for the hosts and outrebounded them 39-30.

The finale of the Blue Devils’ four-game road trip is on Thursday night at Wisconsin in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge. Duke hosts No. 7 Texas A&M in the Jimmy V Classic on Monday night.
