Eagles' White academic All-American

N.C. Central defensive tackle Teryl White has been named to the Football Championship Subdivision Athletics Directors Association academic all-star team.

White (6-5, 278) has a 3.62 GPA as a business management and administration major.

This season as a junior, while finished with 59 tackles (24 solo), including 11 for losses with two sacks, two breakups and four hurries.

White was also on the CoSIDA/ESPN the Magazine Academic All-District Team.
