Women's roundup: Eagles host Gardner-Webb, UNC visits UNLV

Italee Lucas will lead her UNC women's basketball team back to her hometown today when the Tar Heels visit UNLV.

The No. 4 Tar Heels (2-0) will be playing their first road game of the season, while UNLV is 2-1. Game time is 5 p.m. at Cox Pavilion.

In the Triangle's only other Division I women's game today, N.C. Central (0-3) hosts Gardner-Webb (2-1) at 3 p.m. at McLendon-McDougald Gym.

Sylvia Hatchell's Tar Heels will be back home on Wednesday, taking on Presbyterian at 1 p.m.
