N.C. State has been picked to finish third in the Atlantic Division while UNC is picked third in the Coastal in voting by the Atlantic Coast Conference Media Association.

The vote of 83 media representatives at the conference's annual football Kickoff event at the Grandover Resort in Greensboro picked Duke to finish last in the Coastal.

Virginia Tech is an overwhelming pick to win the Coastal Division and defeat Atlantic Division pick Florida State in the conference's Dec. 5 title game in Jacksonville, Fla.

Georgia Tech senior running back Jonathan Dwyer is the selection to repeat as conference player of the year, while N.C. State quarterback Russell Wilson (pictured) - last season's rookie of the year - was third in that voting.
