HK on J rally in Raleigh: Postponed to Saturday, Feb. 27

Democracy NC and N.C. Justice Center tell us so. It was going to be tomorrow (Saturday). Now, it's reset for Saturday, Feb. 27. Reason: Bad weather's comin'.
