Downtown Chapel Hill storefronts have come to life with four new installations by local artists on Franklin Street! A collaborative project between the Chapel Hill Downtown Partnership, The Town of Chapel Hill's Public and Cultural Arts Office, and smArts creative programs & events, Windows on Chapel Hill brings eye-catching pop-up art displays to downtown storefronts, promotes artists in our community and further establishes downtown Chapel Hill as a dynamic space for art.
