Fajita Margarita Night & Comedy Showcase

Goodnights Comedy Club—Got nothing to do tonight while everyone else makes plans for their end-of-summer getaways to the beach? Already seen Inglourious Basterds and District 9 and don't have tickets for Jamie Foxx? We've scoured our calendars for you and found an inexpensive night of comedy and margaritas at Goodnights, starting at 8:30 p.m. Dinner is $10.07 with a side of local comedy acts, including Mark Kennedy, Michael Goolsby, Robby Padia, Franklin Crawford, Big A and Roland Trotter. We're not sure what the significance of the $10.07 price is, nor are we certain about the namesake of the late night offering, "David Price Super Original Karaoke Party," which runs until 2 a.m. Is it David Price the U.S. congressman? Is it David Price the ex-Durham Bulls (and current Tampa Bay Rays) pitcher? Or is it David Price the witty dude I went to high school with? For more information, call 828-5233 or visit —David Fellerath
