Volunteer Spotlight 

SAFEchild: This organization's name is an acronym for Stop Abuse for Every Child, and providing support to local families is how this Wake County child-abuse-prevention agency seeks accomplish that goal. Both English and Spanish speakers are needed to work as mentors to new mothers, to lead parent education groups, to share stories with children while their parents attend parent education classes, or to visit classrooms and community groups and present information about child-abuse prevention.
