Vinyl record exchange & swap

When: Sun., July 14, 2 p.m. 2013
Price: Free

The red walls of Raleigh's Deep South are lined with obvious rock quotes. There's the refrain in "Stairway to Heaven," the most overplayed "long song" in rock history. There's the part in "Mother" where Danzig first cries for his mom. But with any luck, the records people bring to the venue's Sunday exchange will dig deeper than these immediate touchstones. There are no set rules for the swap, other than it is intended for vinyl enthusiasts. Those who wish to reserve a table for their wares can get in touch with the venue. But maybe leave Led Zeppelin's IV at home. —Jordan Lawrence
