Great article! I'm a Realtor in the area, and the growth is incredible, but it would be a lot smoother if we could get the 540 loop finished and a few more schools up and running. School caps, and traffic jams in outlying areas are a hassle. I moved here in 1992, and have watched even the outskirt towns blossom. These days buyers are pushing out to Clayton and Johnston County as well, so that Raleigh effect is pretty impressive for Raleigh and all the towns within a 20 mile radius. One thing that is interesting is how quickly we developed our own personality in the area. In a recent blog post, I talked a little bit about how we are very house proud in the Triangle. Buyers from other parts of the country always comment on how pretty our homes are, and how people always present the houses so well when they sell them. It's interesting to see the personality of our area develop so quickly, and in such a positive way. If you want to check out that link to my blog (it's about selling your Triangle house), check it out here at http://www.triangletrusted.com/selling-a-home-in-raleigh-cary-holly-springs-or-fuquay Once again, Thank you again for this article, I'm sharing it for sure.
