Transactors Improv presents a show playfully billed as "appropriate for children and adults ... and adults who act like children." The cast of Transactors sometimes falls into that latter category, which in the world of improv is an undisputed compliment. It means these well-trained improvisers are also spontaneous, playful and loose. Three members of Transactors will perform 45 minutes of short-form scenes (each 5–10 minutes long), the content of which will be based entirely on audience suggestions. But there's no pressure on audience members. Good improvisers can make a great scene from any suggestion. So if your 2-year-old yells "Noom"—which actually means "that corner of carpet in my room where George, our dog, likes to sleep on me," but no one knows that—rest assured you'll be in good hands. —Meg Stein
