Every so often, Cinema Overdrive throws out a "Trust Us"—a film that has rarely been seen and about which little has been written, but whose sheer weirdness demands that it be witnessed. This is one of those films. Toys Are Not for Children is, by what few viewer accounts we've found, a film that contains little in the way of violence or on-screen sex or nudity, but a plot containing enough perversions to fill a marathon of Law & Order: SVU. This is not so much the gleeful camp and fake-blood-spewing of many an Overdrive showing, but something that is, by all accounts, very, very, very messed up. Find out for yourself. Many classic trailers preceding the film. You have been warned, dun dun dun! —Zack Smith
