On Monday, March 6, Nana's Chophouse in Raleigh will feature a special wine dinner hosting four Italian winemakers. The four-course dinner will include five wine courses and will be $75 per person. The wines and wine makers featured are: Cantine del Taburno Falanghina, 2004 Filippo Colandrea; Clerico Dolcetto, Visadi, 2003 Massimo Conterno; Silvio Grasso Barbera d'Alba, 2003 Silvio Grasso; Dei Rosso di Montepulciano, Maria Caterina Dei. For reservations, call 829-1212.

On the first Monday of every month, Second Empire in Raleigh holds their 50 percent wine night. All wines by the glass and bottle are 50 percent off.

On the first Thursday of every month, april & george wine bar in Raleigh has free tango lessons starting at 7:30 p.m. For information, contact tangophilia@aprilandgeorge.com.
