The Moth: Between Worlds

When: Thu., June 21, 8 p.m. 2012
Price: $25-40

The nonprofit storytelling group The Moth has become a sensation with its live performances, its PRX radio show and its podcast, and now it's coming to Durham for a special night of "crossing over, from here to there, metamorphosis or masquerade." Hosted by comic Ophira Eisenberg and featuring music by Big Ron Hunter, the storytellers include Charlotte's John Lincoln, civic leader Sala Udin, humorist Elna Baker and ... Molly Ringwald?! Yes, that Molly Ringwald. Can we just forget the others and ask her about John Hughes? Find out for yourself at the event, which starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are $25–$40. —Zack Smith
