"So easy to kill, so hard to love." Also known as The Playgirl Gang, The Jezebels and Maggie's Stiletto Sisters, this 1975 exploitation flick has earned a cult reputation in no small part due to Quentin Tarantino, who rereleased it in the 1990s and has ripped off many an element in his own films. Jack Hill of Coffy, Foxy Brown and Spider Baby fame directs this tale of a teen girl gang named the Dagger Debs, whose newest member, Maggie (Joanne Nail), takes it over after a nasty setback at the hands of a rival gang led by "Crabs" (Chase Newhart). Our friends well-versed in the grindhouse scene have informed us that this is pretty much the exploitation flick you need to see. Also, it contains a rare screen appearance by Lenny Bruce's daughter, Kitty, as "Donut"!
