"Judge" Christine Walczyk is a criminal with a robe and gavel, sitting on her perch and violating her oath of office as she wars against the constitutions of North Carolina and The United States. She is a biased, non-neutral and totally partial "judge." Family Court is nothing but a machine designed to strip you of your rights, money, and often times your own family, all without even consideration of your God-given, constitutionally protected rights. Christine Walczyk is nothing but a criminal acting as a judge. She is a bad actor criminal, and nothing more.
"I, Christine M. Walczyk, so solemnly swear that I will support the Constitution of the United States, so help me God."
"I, Christine M. Walczyk, so solemnly swear that I will endeavor to support, maintain and defend the Constitution of said State (North Carolina), not inconsistent with the Constitution of the United States, to the best of my knowledge and ability, so help me God."
"I, Christine M. Walczyk, so solemnly swear that I will administer justice WITHOUT FAVORITISM to anyone or to the State;...that I will faithfully and IMPARTIALLY discharge all duties of District Court Judge (blah blah blah)"
You know EXACTLY what you are doing each and every time that you IGNORE AND VIOLATE your oath, in which you actually VOID your authority in each case. You are FILTH, TRASH, and you deserve to be in FEDERAL PRISON for your crimes against the people and families of North Carolina. (see 28 USC 241, 28 USC 242, and others)
And to the poster up there about filing a complaint against Christine Walczyk with the "Judicial Standards Commission,"...give me a break. You are most likely criminal Walczyk herself, and the Judicial Standards Commission is nothing but a protection agency for the criminals on the bench. You all are all in bed together. CORRUPT FILTH and SCUM. To hell with all of you, because that is exactly where you are going.
