Nothing like a little exploitation for March, eh? Cinema Overdrive highlights an overlooked "gem" of vigilante cinema with 1984's Savage Streets, starring Linda Blair (The Exorcist) in her Razzie-nominated performance as a vengeance-seeking, crossbow-wielding teen who spearheads a film billed as "the gang war of the sexes!" where "the only law is an eye for an eye!" In fairness, Blair had better moments, but there's still heaps of campy, violent fun to be had from a flick filled with leather, big hair and a role for perpetual Scott Baio hanger-on "Johnny V" Venocur. There's even a hyper-'80s soundtrack by John Farnham featuring the single "Justice for One," which one reviewer called an "unholy lovechild of Loverboy and Foreigner." See the film, with classic trailers and original art prints on sale in the lobby, for a mere $5.50 starting at 8 p.m. —Zack Smith
