Rock Like a Man

When: Mon., Nov. 12 2012
Price: $50

Q: What do the singers and band from the touring version of Jersey Boys do on their only night off? A: Stage a fundraiser for charity. Tonight, the guys and gals from the hit show at DPAC are changing up the programming in an all-star cabaret. The proceeds benefit Broadway Cares Equity Fights AIDS, the Phyllis Newman Women's Health Initiative and the Carolina Theatre's own Arts Discovery program for regional kids. The band is hot, the singers are choice, the causes are good and the tix are $50. For info on the charities, visit broadwaycares.org and carolinatheatre.org/teachers. —Byron Woods
