This film, about an aging criminal who hatches a plan for the the robot that's assigned to provide living assistance to him, received a prize at this year's Sundance Film Festival. While the plotting of this film, which is set in the near future, isn't especially compelling or convincing, the ever-awesome Frank Langella is quite moving as a flawed man facing his mortality. With Liv Tyler, James Marsden and Susan Sarandon.
