Stores will attempt to “crack” the Guinness World Records® title for the number of wheels of Parmigiano Reggiano simultaneously cracked in its stores across the country and in the U.K. and Canada. At the Whole Foods Market Raleigh store, events will include the cracking of 3 authentic parmesan wheels plus recipe, parmesan and wine tastings!
