ONE Fitness Training in Durham is led by former strongman and kettlebell expert Chris Erickson and 3 time INDY Week’s Best Personal Trainer in the Triangle and former fitness competitor Leigh Ann Yeager. With a combined 25 years in the fitness industry, they set out to create a space where high-level exercise professionals would want to work, and fitness enthusiasts would want to play.
