A view of Harrison Haynes' site-specific installation "No Concert"

No Concert

When: Sept. 6-28 2013
Lump begins its 18th season with a site-specific installation from jack-of-all-media Harrison Haynes called No Concert. Fresh from Bard's MFA program, Haynes uses Francis Picabia's 1924 event Relâche as a point of departure. Video and hanging photography run interference with each other in an investigation into light and vision, including a new Haynes percussion track. —Chris Vitiello
