Combine three musical Newtons with some hard-partying holiday cheer and you've got the makings of a Newtonanny. This celebration, now in its third year, was the brainstorm of Rebecca Newton (Hi-Tones, Girl Trouble) and her two daughters, Abby Sheriff-Newton and Louise Newton. Each year, the women and a crew of other musicians gather for a country-influenced, Christmas-themed sing-along. Show up close to the 7 p.m. start and decked in your worst holiday outfit for a chance at the "Hideous Christmas Couture" contest. Admission is free. —Ashley Melzer
