When: Sat., Dec. 15, 4 p.m. 2012

How can modern parents keep up with the oft-ADHD-fueled imaginations of today's younguns? One source of help might be the new book Geek Mom: Projects, Tips, and Adventures for Moms and Their 21st-Century Families, which is based on the popular Wired.com blog and features an introduction by MythBusters host Kari Byron. Co-author Natania Barron will appear at Chapel Hill Comics from 4–7 p.m. to sign copies of the book and to "conduct family activities and experiments." There's at least three off-color jokes I'll avoid. —Zack Smith
