Cinema Overdrive presents what might be the most exploitation-est film ever made. Rarely available on video uncut, Abel Ferrara's 1981 thriller is the tale of a mute woman (Zo Tamerlis Lund, who later co-wrote the screenplay for Ferrara's Bad Lieutenant) who is raped on the way home from work—twice—and takes revenge by packing heat and luring potential pervs to their doom, climaxing in a horrific Halloween party where she's a nun with a gun. Eighty minutes of mayhem, this feminine answer to Death Wish appalled critics and moviegoers when it was first released, which of course means that it's since become a cult classic.
