It's a travesty that the Moody Blues haven't made the Rock Hall of Fame given their history. From 1967 to 1972 they released seven terrific albums. Upon its release, Seventh Sojourn was joined at No. 1 by four prior Moody Blues albums that lingered on the charts. Their epic, richly layered prog rock is fueled by bright harmonies and frontman John Lodge's mystical bent.
"It's still peace and good vibes. That's what we try to promote," he said two weeks ago. "There's an unbelievable naveté about it, but unless we come as little children, we are never going to understand anything." Tickets for the 7 p.m. show are $48–$88. —Chris Parker
