ELIN O'HARA SLAVICK
THE REGULATOR BOOKSHOP—Local art favorite and UNC professor elin o'Hara slavick will discuss her new book Bomb After Bomb: A Violent Cartography along with a slide show of her work at 7 p.m. The collection of 48 drawings stems from her series Protesting Cartography: Places The United States Has Bombed and connects military surveillance imagery, battle plans and maps with her ink, watercolor and graphite pictures, making a strong statement about the nation's bombings across the world.
