Aug. 29 marks the fifth anniversary of Hurricane Katrina's landfall in Louisiana. Six months after the storm, Lloyd Lee stood on the steps of his former Lower 9th Ward home, unsure if he wanted to return. Five years later, New Orleans still struggles to rebuild what it lost.
