LAX 1: Is justice dead? 

Given the sum of the information that has come out as of Saturday morning (April 8) regarding the Duke rape charge, if the State's Attorney General fails to prosecute Durham's District Attorney for "defamation" and "inciting to riot," then justice is dead in the Tar Heel state.
