Even within the roots-reggae genre, Jamaican legends Israel Vibration are especially easygoing. They calmly deliver Rastafarian ideas and cultural lessons above muted arrangements that emphasize the group's distinct three-part harmonies. The Vibes have been without co-founder Albert Craig for more than a decade and a half, but they're joined on this tour by longtime running mates Roots Radics, who've also supported Bunny Wailer, Gregory Isaacs and Eek-A-Mouse. The top-heavy bill is rounded out by a handful of off-the-radar acts—Reezons Band, African King and Ras Medi. —Spencer Griffith
