But you'll have to wait until Friday to see how Enron henchman Andrew Fastow hid the company's bad debt in companies named for his favorite movies. Alex Gibney's finely researched and eloquently furious documentary Enron: The Smartest Guys in the Room opens this Friday at the Colony Theatre in Raleigh and the Carolina Theatre in Chapel Hill and Durham. Among other things, the film suggests that unregulated profiteering may be the most powerful and insidious Force at work today.
