Howard Dean

Democratic Party Chairman Howard Dean entertains the crowd at Satisfaction restaurant in Durham last week before President Bush's State of the Union address. Dean came after finding out that local Democratic precinct leaders had commitments from scores of local party members to get together and watch the speech.
