Home Body's minimalist electro-pop retreats a bit from the all-enveloping thickness of some digital dance music. These songs are stripped to a handful of repetitive elements. At the end of "Kamikaze," for example, a lone, bloopy synth plays the same ascending phrase for more than a minute. "Jungle" rides a basic drum machine pattern for five minutes. Vocalist Haley Morgan sings breathy poetry until she finds a phrase she digs, at which point she employs her inner loop capacity. Combined, it's the aural equivalent of getting road hypnosis from driving and staring at the center line. —Corbie Hill
