Fruit Smoothie! 

Cool off on a hot day with a healthy fruity smoothie!

  • 1/2 banana
  • 6-8 ounces plain yougurt
  • (may substitute vanilla yogurt)
  • 1 cup of frozen or fresh fruit
  • (your choice! strawberries, raspberries,
    and/or blueberries suggested)
  • 4-5 ounces of soy milk
  • (may substitute same amount of
    dairy milk)
  • a dash of vanilla extract
  • (not needed if using vanilla yogurt)
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • Just blend it together in a blender, and you've got a refreshing treat on a hot day!
