WELCOME TO ANOTHER EDITION OF INDY'S DISH. With our area's universities shifting from summer stroll to a full-speed fall pace, we started thinking about collegiate cuisine. Here's our tasty syllabus:
Football is back and that means tailgating is too. We provide some ideas on keeping it simple to keep it fun.
Simplicity is also a principle behind the recipes we offer to help you avoid the dreaded Freshmen 15—not only are the dishes quick to prepare but they're healthy too.
Insects may not be the first thought when listing college foods, but a course—and smokehouse—at Duke University may change that. OK, probably not, but it's still interesting to read about.
