Former Quail Ridge Books employee Clay Griffith returns to the store as a published novelist alongside his co-author and wife, Susan. Their new young adult series brings together vampires, steampunk and high adventure. The Greyfriar: Book One of Vampire Empire focuses on a 19th-century world conquered by vampires, where surviving humans have built a steam-powered refuge—and are ready to take their world back.
