Capitol Steps

When: Sat., Sept. 15, 4 p.m. 2012
Price: $31
One might not have guessed that a bunch of Washington staffers singing satirical songs would last for three decades, but politics does tend to provide grist for the mill. In this election year, enjoy numbers from the Steps' three dozen or so albums, including their most recent one, Take the Money and Run for President! Or they might have something from Obama Mia!, or One Bush, Two Bush, Old Bush, New Bush, or even the Clinton-era classics Lord of the Fries and Unzippin' My Doo-Dah. Look, if you haven't heard the group before, your reaction to those album titles will likely set the barometer for your enjoyment of this concert. Take from that what you will. —Zack Smith
